TikTok Metrics on Rella

Rella tracks account-level performance and individual video insights for connected TikTok accounts. Analytics are fetched directly from TikTok's API to help you measure reach, views, and audience interactions across your Social Spaces.
Prerequisites & Troubleshooting
Connected TikTok Account: Link your account under Social Space Settings > Integrations.
Account Permissions: Grant analytics and video list read permissions during TikTok OAuth.
Data Refresh: If TikTok metrics stop updating or fail to load, reconnect your TikTok account in Rella to refresh your API access token.
Overview of Supported TikTok Metrics
1. Account-Level Metrics (Profile Analytics)
Account metrics summarize overall video performance across all videos published within your selected date range:

Likes | Total likes received across videos published in the selected period. |
Comments | Total comments received across videos published in the selected period. |
Shares | Total shares received across videos published in the selected period. |
Engagement | Sum of total interactions (Likes + Comments + Shares) in the selected period. |
Engagement Rate | Calculated ratio of Total Engagement divided by Total Views ( |
Followers | Total lifetime follower count for the TikTok account. |
Following | Total number of accounts your TikTok profile follows. |
Total Posts | Total count of TikTok videos published within the selected period. |
Note on Follower Growth: The TikTok API provides a lifetime total follower count. Daily net follower growth (gained and lost followers over time) is not supplied by TikTok's API.
2. Individual Video & Post Insights
Rella displays lifetime performance metrics for every published video item:
