About Rella
Rella brings your entire content pipeline into a unified, collaborative platform. Instead of bouncing between design apps, scheduling queues, and copy documents, you can use Rella to organize your creative assets, brainstorm post ideas with Ella (your AI teammate), auto-publish to multiple platforms, and securely share interactive Previews with your clients for quick approval.

Rella uses a clean, hierarchical structure to keep your agency or brand accounts completely separate and organized.
1. The Organization
An Organization represents your high-level business account. It is where you manage your billing, edit custom Branding, set global configurations, and control your paid Internal Team seats. If you are an agency owner, you will have one Organization that houses all of your client accounts.
2. Social Spaces
A Social Space is a dedicated workspace for a specific brand, business, or client. Each Social Space is isolated from the others and contains its own:
Connected social channels and accounts
Content Calendar, Board, and Table views
Dedicated Media library and folders
Custom Workflow Rules and progress Statuses

3. Projects & Notes
Inside a Social Space, you can group related content into Projects to track specific campaigns or content pillars (such as a "Product Launch" or "Holiday Promo"). You can also use Notes to outline strategy, draft collaborative briefs, and brainstorm copy in a central document next to your posts.

4. Content & Tasks
Content: The posts themselves. You can customize details per platform (like captions, first comments, and aspect ratios) under a single card, and set them to auto-publish.
Tasks: Associated deliverables (such as "Record B-Roll" or "Approve Copy") that keep your creation pipeline moving toward scheduled deadlines.

Your Internal Team: Only members of your team who actively schedule, edit, or configure settings inside your workspace require paid seats. You can scale your seat count at any time from your Billing settings.
Unlimited Clients & Collaborators: You do not need to purchase seats for clients or external reviewers. Rella allows you to share secure, public links of your Previews or campaign boards. Clients can open these links on any device without logging in, view how their feed will look, and leave feedback or click approve in a single click.

What platforms can Rella auto-publish to?
Rella supports direct auto-publishing to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, X (formerly Twitter), and Google Business. For channels we do not natively support, you can create custom platform slots to plan your calendar.
How do I switch between different client accounts?
You can switch between client accounts by using Social Spaces. Click the workspace switcher in your sidebar to jump between different clients instantly. Because each Social Space is fully isolated, there is no risk of client data leaking or posting to the wrong account.
Can clients see my internal drafts or notes?
No. Clients can only see what you choose to share with them. When you generate a shareable link, Rella creates a client-facing preview page that only displays approved Previews and feedback threads. Your internal team Notes, custom workflows, and billing details remain completely private.
