Rella tracks profile visibility, post-level engagement, and audience demographics for connected Threads accounts using Meta's official Threads API.
Prerequisites & Integration Constraints
100+ Followers Requirement: Meta's Threads Insights API requires an account to have at least 100 followers to unlock demographic insights and certain profile performance metrics.
Data Retention Limit: Rella supports up to 2 years of Threads analytics data retention, aligned with Meta's Threads API retention policy.
Reconnecting Account: If Threads metrics fail to load or show an authentication error, navigate to Social Space Settings > Integrations and reconnect your Threads account to refresh access credentials.
Overview of Supported Threads Metrics
1. Profile-Level Insights (Account Analytics)
Profile metrics summarize overall visibility and activity across your Threads account for selected timeframes:

Note on Follower Growth: The Threads API provides a point-in-time total follower count. Net daily gain and loss figures are not supplied by the native Threads API.
2. Post-Level Insights (Media Analytics)
Rella extracts lifetime metrics for individual Threads posts (including text posts, image posts, videos, carousels, and audio posts):

For accounts that meet minimum follower thresholds, Rella displays audience breakdown charts across four categories:
Countries: Top countries where your Threads followers live.
Cities: Top cities represented among your followers.
Age Brackets: Audience distribution across age ranges.
Gender Breakdown: Audience distribution by gender categories.
